A newborn photo shoot is probably one of the most emotional photo shoots you will ever do. You are adjusting to the wonderment which is new life, sleep deprived and constantly alert for any sound from your new bundle of joy. The last thing you want to do is leave the house with a days old baby to drive somewhere to have photos taken. This is why I come to you. We do all photos in your home. This style of shoot is referred to as Lifestyle. Included in the shoot is the use of all props I have.The photo shoot itself can take up to 3 hours, depending on feed times and how easily your baby settles. We can plan out how to manage this when you book.

I think pregnant women are so beautiful. I do know they don't feel that way which is why having a maternity photoshoot is such a nice thing to do. Once baby is born you can look back at what your amazing body did while growing a new life. We can never remember exactly what we looked like when heavily pregnant and having something to celebrate that is timeless.Â
All maternity shoots include use of my maternity wardrobe. Should you have a dress you love and want to wear that is fine as well. You can chose to wear more than one outfit for the shoot. If you have other children I strongly encourage you to include them in the shoot. Photos also include shots with your partner.

CAKE SMASH AND MILK BATH
Cake smash sessions are so much fun, usually best done around a child's first birthday. I do not offer themed shoots, instead preferring a more understated set where the focus is simple and entirely on the child. I provide the whole set and am happy to discuss design for the day of the shoot. I do not provide cakes due to concerns about food allergies in children. I can provide the names of a number of great bakers who can tailor a cake to your needs.
